Sue Prentiss, Executive Director of the ATS and members from fifteen trauma and EMS organizations participated in the Trauma Center’s Association of America (TCAA) annual Hill Day. Participants traveled virtually to fifty-two Congressional Offices advocating to have the Mission Zero Act funded, as well as grants to modernize and fund existing trauma care and systems grant programs. Hill Day Team 1, including Sue Prentiss of the ATS, Ross Malloy of TCAA, Maria McMahon, and Amy Krichten of the Society of Trauma Nurses, Francesca Sullivan, RN from New York Presbyterian Queens, Thomas Moore a Trauma Survivor and Crystal Grant, Legislative Fellow in Senator Elizabeth Warren’s office.
