Continuing Education Units (CEUs):
The Trauma Center Association of America is approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider Number 16459 for 7.25 contact hours. The certificate must be retained for 4 years after date of issue. Nurses should claim only credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
The Trauma Prevention Coalition combines the resources of the major professional organizations addressing the acute healthcare needs of the injured patient to promote collaborative efforts and develop effective strategies in injury/violence prevention while minimizing redundant and duplicative activities.
