ATS and Other Trauma Groups Send Letter to Congress Urging Support for Hospital Preparedness

The ATS and other trauma organizations joined together to urge Congress to support funding of hospital preparenedness programs. In light of the Ebola crisis and concerns over national preparedness for pandemic response, the letter requested support for enhancing hospital preparedness capabilities and increased funding for these programs to be included in the Fiscal Year 2015 Labor, Health and Human Services, Education and Related Agencies Appropriations bill or in emergency funding legislation.....(click here to read the letter)
