The American Trauma Society (ATS) offers CSTR Responsive Practice Questions (RPQs) to help prospective candidates prepare for the Certified Specialist in Trauma Registries (CSTR) exam with confidence.

The RPQs provide an interactive way to experience the style, format, and scope of the certification exam questions. Participants can assess their understanding of key content areas, refine test-taking skills, and identify topics for further review.

Featuring more than 140 questions, including multiple choice, fill-in-the-blank, true/false, and matching formats, the RPQs cover core domains such as:

• Data Management
• Conditions of Injury
• Coding and Scoring Concepts
• Trauma Systems

Participants have 30 days to complete the RPQs, during which they can review questions and retake the practice set as often as desired. Upon completion, users receive an instant score report detailing performance by topic area, along with explanations for any incorrect responses to support targeted learning.

While results may not predict exam performance, the RPQs offer valuable insight into exam structure and readiness, helping participants focus their study efforts and approach the CSTR exam with confidence.
