The American Trauma Society strives to facilitate injury prevention activities within US trauma centers. We understand that trauma centers have many competing demands and may need assistance to meet some of them. To help us in this endeavor, we are asking trauma center staff to complete this survey about current injury prevention activities at their trauma centers. Even if your trauma center is not currently involved in injury prevention, your responses to the questions will be informative.
The survey can be completed in as little as 10 minutes. You will be able to log off and forward to where you left off if you don't complete the survey in one sitting. Survey responses will be kept confidential and respondents may choose to skip questions. Information linking the survey results to specific institutions will be kept confidential and results will be reported in the aggregate only so that there will be no way to identify individual institutions.
