The ATS was honored to host the Trauma Prevention Coalition's 3rd Annual Injury Prevention Coordinators Symposium this week at George Washington University in Washington, DC. Over 75 prevention professionals from around the country (as far as Hawaii) attended the 2-day event which incorporated sessions on program development, research and data. Attendees offered abstract presentations and posters of current prevention work, heard from experts in the field, learned from federal partners and discussed ways to involve patients in their efforts. Thank you to those who attended this successful meeting and for our colleagues at GW for supporting this important event.
