Seeking an experienced Trauma Clinical Nurse Specialist with expertise in clinical decision-making and the ability to interpret and test new concepts/standards in practice related to the care of trauma patients along the continuum. The Trauma CNS provides guidance to staff nurses in routine and complex care and serves as a direct care provider for patients with complex or special needs. The Trauma CNS collaborates in the design and implementation of cost effective patient programs and a department resource for achieving quality and regulatory initiatives.
