Job Description
North Colorado Medical Center, a Magnet Facility, has an opportunity for an experienced Trauma Services Program Director in Greeley, CO. Greeley is a beautiful community of approximately 90,000 with a home town atmosphere. We have a desirable climate and are located along the Front Range of the Colorado Rockies with easy access to a wide variety of outdoor activities, approximately one hour from Denver. We are a non-profit healthcare organization and our professionals are nationally recognized for excellence in myriad programs.
The Program Manager works to promote optimal care of the trauma patient within the guidelines set forth by the State of Colorado and the American College of Surgeons through clinical programs, administrative functions, and public education. The Project Manager enhances the trauma program through activities with Emergency Medical Services, Referral facilities and in-house staff.
Requirements:
? Current Colorado RN license; BSN or MSN is preferred
? TNCC-I, ACLS, PALS-I, ENPC-I
? Background/experience in injury prevention
? Knowledge of AIS, ISS, and ICD9 coding for trauma
? Trauma registry experience
? Computer skills
